Refund policy
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods and beauty products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Our gift cards will expire within one year, please use a calendar reminder to make sure you don't forget beauties.
Damages and issues
We are not liable for any damaged items. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 48 hours to do so, upon the delivery of your item. Please include extensive photos and videos of the damage.
NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Refunds
There are no returns/exchanges STRICTLY due to sanitary reasons, so be vigilante as to what you order! All of our products are hand inspected thoroughly to ensure our products quality.
