During periods of Hot weather, please be aware that our beard balms and butters may melt during their transit via USPS to you. Unfortunately we can't stop this from happening, as we can't control how the postal service handles our packages, or how long they sit in their delivery trucks. With that being said, we can NOT guarantee NO MELTING BUTTERS. However, we can tell you how to bring it back to life! If your beard balm and or beard butter arrives melted, simply set it in the fridge until it solidifies again. Easy peasy! Once it returns to a solid state, remove it and let it return to room temperature. After this step, the balm will be back to it's original state, but to tweak the butter, just take a fork (if needed) and whip it back into a creamy consistency. Although you may lose some of the aesthetic volume, it will not take away from the amazing softening power of this product! For body butter, simply allow it to naturally harden up at room temperature and continue use. Keep all butters away from windows, heat and direct sunlight.
